New Zealand Customers
Delivery Method
We use New Zealand Post and Fastway Couriers for all nationwide deliveries and charge based on weight and size.
In your shopping cart select your desired delivery method based on required speed of receipt. Default is overnight courier. Most orders go with Fastway and should arrive the next business day for North Island and 2 days for South Island.
For Rural and PO Box deliveries we use CourierPost, which should also arrive the next business day depending on location. Unfortunately as of 1 March 2012 NZ Post have hiked up their prices, particularly Rural delivery (RD) fees by $2.80 per delivery independent of size or service option. Sorry to our rural customers but we cannot absorb such a huge price rise so have amended our prices accordingly.
Unless you're a rural customer we advise using the courier option as NZ Post have become far too expensive, plus we have to queue up in a post shop. Shame on you NZ Post.
We will despatch your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Your order will be delivered to your door. This can be a residential or business address. Using CourierPost we can also deliver to your P.O Box, however only the smaller sizes fit in the average box.

We will notify you by email detailing the ticket number upon despatch of your order.
Delivery delays
If your order is placed within two days prior to any public holidays, please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
Returning Item(s):
If you receive a product that you believe to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange free return delivery of the item. Upon receipt this item will be evaluated.
Damaged Item(s):
If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately.
International Customers
Orders are sent by airmail and take 1-2 weeks. you may have to pay local taxes or duties when the goods arrive. The freight cost is determined by the weight of the package. See chart below for a price guide in $NZ. In your shopping cart, select freight option 'International Shipping' and proceed with your purchase. We will contact you with the shipping options available for your location and appropriate prices.
